Why would I join svta?

Whether you just moved to Sonoma Valley and want to pick up a new sport or if you've lived here all your life and want to play more tennis, your SVTA membership gives you access to great facilities, member events, tournaments, social outings and the knowledge that you're supporting the growth of tennis in the valley.

WHAT DOES THE SVTA DO?

We maintain the courts at Maxwell Village, contract with our local tennis pro and sanction/hold events for our members. We are a volunteer run, non-profit trying to give back to the tennis community we live in.

How can I get involved?

Come to one of our events, reach out to a board member or book a lesson with our tennis pro. Check the site regularly for a list of events and ways to give back.

DOes svta set up matches?

Not directly, though you can view information on adult tennis teams and leagues or look through our player roster to find players.

Is there drop in tennis?

SVTA maintains the courts at Maxwell Village that are open according to the county parks schedule. Court reservations for USTA league and team events are possible and there are drop-in classes and programs organized by our teaching pro.
